Unfortunately, this was an awful stay. First off, the room key was not programmed after I had gone up 6 floors with lots of luggage. I had to go back to reception for a new key! Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec
great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.
