This hotel has a beautiful lobby, adequate staff. My reservation was a balcony room and when I got to the room there was no balcony. The reception staff even confirmed “ family room, balcony” and even like that they sent me to a regular room. I went back down and they offered me complimentary breakfast instead the balcony room which I was happy with. The area is a party town so there’s loud music every night. It’s in a perfect location near a lot of attractions by walking or catching public transport, I probably spent $10 in transportation during my stay for 3 people, loved that. The cleanliness in the room needs a lot of improvement, I don’t think my room was vacuumed when we arrived or when I got serviced. We didn’t get enough towels or washcloths. Overall I give this hotel 8/10. I would stay here again but will check how clean it is first.

The hotel was okay. The hallways were pretty dark, which I didn’t really like. It was a bit annoying that they were hesitant to let you switch rooms if you weren't happy with yours. The pool doesn't get any sun, which was a letdown. Overall, it's decent—good location and affordable, though. Solo female traveler.

I received a bottle of wine but just one wine glass and no wine bottle opener, I bought one in the area, I asked for a second wine glass and never received it so we share the one we have, nothing major but details make the difference.

The NH Reforma is a nice hotel but we paid extra for a room with a balcony and boy was that a mistake, we ended up on the side of the hotel that overlooks the street with a lot of bars and the hotel pool. This is the loudest room I have ever stayed in, parties outside until 4 am everyday. We asked to be moved and even downgraded in a room to the quiet side of the hotel that our friends were on, and after initially being told it wasn’t a problem and packing up all our stuff, we were told the hotel was sold out and they could not move us. Aside from the noise and unhelpful front desk staff, the hotel is nice for the rate and close to all the things. So if you’re not good with loud noise, just make sure to NOT book a balcony room and make sure at check in you’re on the quiet side!

Overall, it was a nice stay. We did have to move rooms because our initial one was dark and had leaking issues with the shower. But once they moved out room to a higher a floor, it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is walking distance from great eateries like Taqueria “Orinoco”, coffee shops and a great launch pad to see the rest of the city like Polanco, Xochimilca and others.

The staff’s demeanor was unfriendly and indifferent. Despite repeated requests for the bottle of wine that was supposed to be provided for each room, I was consistently ignored and never got it. The hotel’s location near various restaurants and its walkable distance are commendable, but these advantages are overshadowed by the subpar cleanliness of the rooms and the inadequate cleaning of the bathrooms. The photographs provided do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the accommodations. Best to stay elsewhere.

I have stayed at this property a few times, and they were very good before. This time I did not receive the size of bed I paid for, the food in the restaurant was clearly brought out after it was out the previous day, and the valet parking was nowhere in sight when we arrived after 12 am. I had to park my own car more than once. I might not come back to this hotel.

Although it looks like a 4 star hotel, it’s actually a 3 star disguised with pretty facilities. The rooms although look nice, are uncomfortable, lack basic amenities (trash can in the bathroom, more than two towels, hard beds), and ours had the fire alarm on top of the bed, so all night we had a flash over our heads interrupting our sleep. We were suppose to have a wine bottle as a welcoming gift as part of the Expedia VIP access, and didn’t get it in any of the two stays we had booked. The first night, we were sent to and occupied room, we asked three times for an extra towel (we were three people) and never arrived. It should be advertised as a 3 stars hotel.

If your a tourist just be self aware when there is some kind of money exchange for service especially at night, I had not the best experience due to not understanding a business operation policies . But this hotel is very safe and accommodating to all guest,I was given a room in poor conditions and staff made sure I was upgraded immediately without hesitation witch changed my perspective on how this business operates.
