"Small and friendly Appart-Hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was really nice and had a lot of things you would need to make meals. The coffee machine was also a welcomed sight. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep until the church opposite woke us up at 7am. Thankfully we had set our alarm for then anyway! "The room was clean and host welcomed us and showed us places to visit. There was no bar or restaurant and breakfast was delivered in a hamper outside your room at 7:30, which was good. There was a Chinese about a mile away that was very good but closed on a Monday. The bus services was regular about every half hour, there are no shops near by just a garage about a mile away. Was in nice quiet and safe location. "

"Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient. "

"Room was comfortable. However, floorboards creaked with every step. Bed also very noisy with every movement. On-site parking is very limited. App required to pay for street parking not compatible with American cell phone. Parking ticket machines no longer accepts coins or cards. Hotel desk clerk did not appear very happy to assist guests, or maybe just us. Breakfast was very good. "

"The place was great and spacious. Lots of sunlight. Free underground parking. Small-to-Medium-sized bedrooms. Spacious bathroom and small but useful half bathroom. Nice small kitsch with excellent oven-microwave (used it to make frozen pizza). Bus stop right across from the building (all public transportation is free in Luxembourg)."

"Amazing stay. Reception were extremely helpful and even complimented us with an early check in upon arrival. Apartment clean with fully equipped kitchen. We did not find the apartments hot at night as stated in previous reviews. Apartment was road facing and all road noise was blocked out by the triple glazing. "After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"
