"This is one of the best hotels/resorts my wife and I have stayed. The all inclusive package was fantastic. Beach was across the road with bar and restaurant as part of the package. Views were amazing, staff were friendly. Couldn’t ask for much more. I’d recommend to those wanting a nice chilled break where they’re looked after. "

"We had a nice time in Gennadi but it’s a good but not great hotel with some major flaws. Positives; buffet and all inclusive drinks are excellent, restaurant staff are nice and very attentive (Anna), the rooms and pool areas feel clean and modern. "Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. I would book directly next time as the only issues we had were with Expedia not the hotel. "

"Stayed here for 10 days recently. Great in general so would highly recommend. We had some minor issues which George in guest relations sorted going above and beyond. Some feedback for the hotel: We arrived late on Saturday night with our toddler and going for the buffet at 11pm wasn’t feasible. The sandwiches in the room were a nice touch but all were meat which my partner couldn’t have. The tiles around the swim up pool are super slippy when wet, the other tiles are ok!"

"Very good hotel, we had an excellent stay, food was amazing, the buffet is a standard hotel buffet type food but they do change it up each night but the a la carte restuarnts for us were amazing, we had great service and great food. Portion sizes at the greek and italian were huge so we way over ordered, possibly could of done with a little more at the asian and mexican but the dishes we all had were superb. Only grumble on the food is that there isnt much for kids, they didnt do smaller...

"We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite. Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these. "Accommodation was fantastic, very clean and perfect for a very relaxing break. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Downside is supermarkets are around 15-20 mins walk away and the bar closes at 3pm daily so nowhere to purchase drinks or food after this time. Nearest tavernas a good 10-15 mins walk away . This wouldn’t stop us from staying here again but would recommend car hire if not great with mobility . "
