"We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). "We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The waterpark was a highlight, especially for kids. The hotel itself is modern and kept clean, and we found the staff, especially the animators and waiters, to be kind and friendly throughout our stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. "Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready. We were then given an orientation trip on a buggy around the resort on the way to our room and our luggage arrived shortly after. A perfect start. We went all inclusive. The menus on the App reflected this so we could see what was included and what was extra.The food was cooked to perfection in all the restaurants and I liked that we were able to see every dish available in the main restaurant, which was buffet style, on the app so you were able to decide where to eat. They had a few themed nights but I was always able to find something and I am a fussy eater. Don’t know if all inclusive worked out reasonable or not but I like to have everything sorted and no surprises. The poolside ordering was great. No one constantly bothering you. If you wanted something you clicked on the app and they brought it over. You could even order a nice snack to your sun lounger. The entertainment was subtle, no big shows. A couple of nice duos. It was pleasant and relaxing. A fantastic stay. "

"We had a great time at Rose Hotel Faliraki. The owners are very friendly and they were very accomodating with all our requests during our stay and we are very thankful for that! The Hotel premises are very nice and family friendly especially the swimming pool area and the lobby. My 5 year old daughter had a blast at the swimming pool:) The food was also very tasty! Finally, the hotel is located walking distance to Faliraki Beach and to the bus station which connects you to the different destinations in Rhodes (Old Town, Lindos and all other beaches and even to the Airport). "Visited here 12th to 19th June. We were a group of five - My wife & I then our daughter, partner & 18 month old grandson. All-inclusive had never really appealed to my wife & I before, mainly because she is Coeliac, and we have a general lack of confidence with sourcing gluten-free dining when abroad. But our daughter really wanted to stay here, so we agreed after reading a few positive reviews with regards allergy care. So, firstly, check-in was a breeze. Great staff from the get-go. Excellent room with a sea-view, finished to a very high standard - And everything working as it should. When we went to the restaurant for the first time later that first day, we asked about gluten-free options. We were introduced to Cindy & Jessie (who just happen to be sisters). They explained they had a separate kitchen for preparing food such as gluten-free. We were given lots of information & sheets to fill out with my wife’s food choices (on a day-by-day basis for variety). Not only were we very impressed & re-assured with regards this process (again Cindy & Jessie were brilliant), the food for my wife was great. And for the rest of us, what we had during our stay was also very good. Food in the a-la-carte Italian, was fabulous. The hotel & resort itself is lovely. And everything about the service we received was brilliant. As a family, and individually, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would’t hesitate to recommend the hotel. It’s somewhere we’d certainly return. "
