"Great property. Clean and spacious rooms!"

"The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand. "

"Awesome place to stay. Very convenient. You get daily drink credits which is a bonus plus free parking. Cool wildlife around the area with a great view of the ocean. Staff is friendly and will help with any questions or concerns. Has a bus that takes you to old town. Will definitely be back."

"The boat was nice. The second bed is located in a loft, which we could not get into. Not much headroom for the loft bed. Would be good for a kid. The shower is a bit small and could be a challenge for a taller/bigger person. The marina is quiet, but the main road can be a bit loud. Getting to Key West from the marina takes a bit to get turned around. Found it was better to go up a couple of streets and make a couple of rights to get back to the traffic light. The restaurant has good food. All outdoor seating. "

"Our hotel suite was perfect. Very clean, stylish, and functional. The pool was amazing and we especially loved the hammocks under the palm trees. There were iguanas hanging by the pool when it wasn’t busy and the bar is open most all day. The beach was okay. Good for sunning I guess but the water was rocky and grassy and the water seemed to have a current making it hard to swim for the kids. There are large floats out there and a trampoline. "
