When booking the room I was told that the best rate was on Expedia by the hotel desk. So I did. Then the room was cheaper by $40 two days before I was coming. Called to get the better rate and the hotel manager wouldn’t do it. I even tried through Expedia, their agent was great ! I had to bring my dog with me last minute. So yet again I called the hotel to let them know. They said that’s ok, just let us know when you get there to check in. I get here to check in yesterday and I told the man on the front desk. He was very unhappy about it and said he had to move the room assigned to me. I was fine with that. However when I go to my room I ended up with two queen beds and not the king bed I had originally booked. I go back to the desk and he said I was upgraded ? How is one upgraded from a king bed to two queen beds? Yet again, nothing was done. I am not a complaining person but this was unreal. Plus I get a text after check in from the hotel. I’m guessing the desk asking how everything went, I replied and no answer. Needless to say I will never be back here again !
