"We stayed for a weekend event happening at the hotel. The lobby area was cold even when the doors were not opening to the outside. The second floor balcony overlooking the lobby was more comfortable. The public restrooms were often low on supplies. The room’s thermostat was adjustable, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel’s information said breakfast - complimentary with the room - was offered from 7-10 am but when morning came, no breakfast was offered by the hotel....

"Would have been in all out five-star review, but for some reason their bar/bistro that was supposed to be open from 5 to 10:00 p.m. both days that we stayed was not open for some reason. Not that it's the worst thing in the world, but it was advertised as such on the website that they have the bar and bistro and it was never open. It would have been nice to grab a meal or a drink at the hotel. Once again not the end of the world. All around a very good stay."

"When I checked in there was a dirty used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. It might still be there. Room 312. After housekeeping came through there was more trash on the carpet than before they came by. Most of the staff was very inattentive. I’ve been working in hotels for 30 years and I know how things should be. "

"Inside the rooms are great for people like me that dont ask or need alot and for people driving in. Free Parking, Easy in and out on the highway, reasonably priced gas stations and Dunkin near by. Only downside is that those who want to drive into the city are subject to the congestion fee. Inside fullfridge with microwave and free parking.
