"This hotel has many patients that go to Mayo Clinic stay. There is not adequate. Handicap parking. I stay there often and almost always need to park on the side of the building and walk. Also the room service is a nice addition. A suggestion would be to have a direct line to call the restaurant to place orders, currently you need to call the front desk. "

"This property is perfect for anyone needing to visit the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. It is convinient and has a shuttle every 15 minutes to every spot in the Mayo Campus. All the employees were helpful and availble. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Tru by hilton in jax town center was great! I only stayed for a night, and didn’t have to go to the desk when I got in late. Only one star dinged in cleanliness cuz I found hairs in the bed and bathroom which I wasn’t a fan of. Overall very clean otherwise and a good experience!"

"Great service! Our room wasn’t ready at checkin. They gave us a very late checkout to compensate since we were only staying 1 night. They let us in the pool area to wait until our room was ready. Views are beautiful. Lots of food and shopping very close. Would totally stay here again."
