"It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...

"We didn’t like that the cleaning crew came at 4 or 5pm instead of in the morning. So our room was only cleaned twice within a span of a week. It should have been done in the morning and daily. Poyraz bey was very nice though and super helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. "
