"My family has been going to this hotel for four years. Although the condition of the hotel was never good, given the price and the convenient location by the beach it was still a good deal. Unfortunately the condition and the service have deteriorated over time. In the first two years, it was a breakfast only rate. "I arrived very late at night and was .ade to feel very welcome by the lady who usually lives in istanbul but was on holiday to help her uncle who owns the hotel. He was also so lovely. "Based on the room photos, we thought we were getting a small balcony with table & 2 chairs. The doors opened but no balcony to sit outside. That was disappointing but overall, the hotel was lovely. Everywhere was very clean and smelled very clean and fresh (think hamam soap smell). The bed was super comfortable and room very spacious.
