"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. "Location is superb. Walking distance to dotonborri around 1.6 km which saves the hassle of train. Kuromon market is just around the corner which makes food option easy. Would recommend to have cleaning supplies handy as we stayed 3 nights and would be nice to be able to clean the floors or area while we are there. "This is a monster hotel right in the thick of Osaka station. So for convenience it can't be beat. At first we found the room very small but grew to appreciate how smartly designed it was. The shower was huge and water pressure incredible. Also liked the separate toilet and sink so two people could get ready at the same time. The beds weren't rock hard either which is a rarity in Japan. We had a great view of the city as well and were able to Chromecast easily. This was super appreciated as we could have our same bedtime routine as at home. Only minor complaints were ones not within the hotel's control. With so many guests getting in and out of elevators in a timely manner was sometimes tough. "

"Hotel is really close right Shinsaibashi metro station, across from a family mart and 7/11. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Room was clean and beds and pillows were amazing. We enjoyed our 3 days/2 nights here. They allowed us to store our luggage when we checked out so we could explore Osaka for another half day. We enjoyed Bespoke Shisaibashi location, we booked the rest of our Tokyo trip at Bespoke Shinjuku location. "
