"The hotel location is near to Murray and hay street mall. It near Perth underground which connects to Perth station The staff at the check in counter, Hannah has excellent service. She went the extra mile of sending the luggage to our room when we left the luggage with her for quick lunch on the day of arrival. "Good points Beautiful old fashioned (in a good way) hotel. Shiny brass and polished wood. Staff very friendly and tried to help fix the problems. Room clean, quiet, well-appointed (a microwave would have been nice), bed comfortable. Good central location Inexpensive Problems We were given two sets of keys. One key didn’t fit the lock on the front door (it was replaced by staff) The bathroom door couldn’t be closed. That was fixed on our first morning."
