"Our favorite Motel 6 to stay at. The staff are always super nice. Only downfall is the floors are always sticky (too much soap?) and even though its non smoking...there is always a whiff. Im sensitive to it but here, its not "bad". We will be back a few more times this year! "

"Unable to stay because the hotel was severly overbooked and there was no available parking. This was rough after 17hrs of travel and having to go to a different hotel at 10 pm at night. The Staff, however, was very professional and helpful and I know they do not bear the responsibility of the property itself."

"The front desk staff was fantastic even with booking issues due to booking through third party. I have stayed at Homewood suites in Canton Ma and it was much more upgraded but this was decent and I was happy to have an oven and tub in my room once that was fixed. My only small complaint would be house keeping not coming except the day before checkout when I was there for 10 days. Luckily I’m clean and kept things up and took trash out myself most of the time. The rooms are also not as “sound proof” as advertised, just FYI. Over all it was a good stay."

"Great location near Wachusett Mountain, which made it very convenient for a ski trip. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day on the mountain. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed that the hot tub was not working and the pool was freezing cold. The main reason we booked this hotel was specifically for the pool and hot tub for our kids. We didn’t receive any email or heads-up from the hotel ahead of time that the hot tub was out of service, which resulted in some very upset children. After swimming in the cold pool, we promised them a warm bath, but unfortunately the bath water came out brown, which was another frustrating issue. The walls are also very thin. We could hear people running and walking above us late at night and early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. We ended up eating dinner at the Colonial Grill. The food itself was good, but we were told the kitchen was backed up and expected a long wait. Ironically, the wait ended up being about an hour anyway, but after a full day of skiing it wasn’t really an option to pack the kids back into the car and go somewhere else. On a positive note, we spoke with a manager about the issues with the pool and hot tub, and they gave us vouchers for breakfast the next morning, which was appreciated."
