"The staff was welcoming and check-in was fast. The hotel is convenient to everything (dining/shopping/fuel/interstate) was clean & smelled great - same for room. Check out was also quick/easy. A short time after leaving the hotel I received a call from the front desk that I had left a small cooler in the room. Housekeeping & front desk staff are proof of the great commitment to customer service - KUDOS and a Big THANKS to a great stay."

"Everything has been fine, however I fell yesterday on the hard concrete due to uneven concrete going to the handicap ramp, had to go to SGMC walk-in clinic because where I hit my head on the concrete would not stop bleeding. They ordered a CT Scan which came back clear, but I have a black and blue eye socket and the cut continues to bleed off and on! No concussion, thank the Good Lord! That uneven concrete needs to remedied asap!"

"The beds were advertised as queen size but were definitely not queen. The beds also had a huge dip in them and were not comfortable. The curtains didnt block the outdoor lights. The room phone didnt work, which could have been needed for medical emergency, and when we went to front desk to advise she said that it was a known issue and couldnt be fixed; she didnt offer to switch us rooms, she only offered to check us out on a Saturday night at 9pm. "The staff was great at check in and even at 3:30 am when they made us coffee for the road. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure which was much appreciated after a 13hr drive. Even the the towels were nice and soft. The bed was very comfortable as well and it was quiet. We will definitely stay there again "

"I had reserved the 22 & 23rd not realizing it until we got there on Thurs the 21st & that was the date I originally wanted., so I couldn't check my email on my computer as I was in Valdosta. So we went out to my car to try & figure out what to do., went back in & the guy said he cancelled it & gave us a room & I had to pay again after I had already spent 118 bucks & some change I wasn't to happy about that.So I want to know will I get a refund on the $118 bucks that I spent to reserveit? & also...
