You have to ring a door bell to enter the lobby (this is around 5pm) which had buckets on the floor to collect water dripping from the ceiling. It was stuffy and muggy no air conditioning or fan to blow the stagnant air. My room key didn't work so back to the lobby I went. The women (I assume owner because she didn't have a uniform on) who checked me in completely ignored me, she made eye contact then walked away. A uniformed employee walked me to the room to show "how" to open the door, apparently you must insert the card 5 to 7 times to get the green light then pull the handle up not down to open. Once inside good golly disgusting. Cigarette burns on the furniture of the non smoking room, stains on pretty much every surface, dust and random hair on lamps and headboard, remote control greasy, toilet and bathtub heavily stained and there was used soap with hair on it in the shower. Vomit. I was not expecting the Ritz however I was expecting clean.
