"The staff was very friendly, with a wonderful breakfast. The location was good, situated just south of Zilina, not far from the D1, making a great central base for day-trips to Zilina, Orava, Cicmany, and elsewhere. "Lovely hotel about 5mins to a shopping centre and just a bit further to the main shopping area which has the train station at the end of the street. The double room we had was very clean which was serviced every day and the bathroom had a hairdryer. There was also slippers and bathrobe. "My favorite thing about this property was the remoteness. It is at the end of the street with a lot of new builds. We were here in the off season, so it was very quiet. The views from the room look right out into the forest. One wall is a giant sliding window/door so you feel like you are part of nature. The apartment is brand new, well equipped, and very comfortable. It sits right along the ski trails, so I hope to go back in winter. "

"It's one of the best hotels accessible from zilina. The room is spacious and nice, but not soundproofed. Sounds of conversation and movement in the room next door can be felt as vibrations. The bed is old and the mattress is not level, so it is tilted or sagged. There is no free water provided in the room, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The minibar is also empty."

"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process.
