Excellent value for the money. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Eight minute walk to metro station. 3 stops to Saint-Charles and port area. Great Wifi and hot water..two important things for Americans haha. Nice size clean room with awesome views. Definitely would stay there again.

Very nice experience! Anyone who writes negative reviews for this hotel means that they are not fit to travel. Very professional and polite staff. great location! a few metro stops and you reach the port. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has comfortable beds. I rested very well. The guys at the reception are among the best I've met in my travels

Truly awful. Cheap, poor quality fittings, no air conditioning and in a horrible area
no toiletries, broken appliances and plastic floors
 avoid at all costs!

La personne qui Ă©tais Ă  l'accueille le mercredi 9 juillet aprĂšs midi et l’autre monsieur qui Ă©tais a l’accueil le soir ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs serviable trĂšs gentille, j’ai eu 40 min de retard pour quitter la chambre et le personnel a Ă©tĂ© super sympa trĂšs gentille, je recommande cet hĂŽtel sur Marseille , trĂšs confortable , rapide efficace rien Ă  dire ! MERCI ET JE REVIENDRAIS CHEZ VOUS SANS AUCUNE HÉSITATION MERCI
