"U had to pay for the safe in your room buy sis not get deposit back at the end of your stay. U only got tea and coffee in your room on the first day and the meals were always burger turkey and chips. Hotel staff very friendly. Bar area smelt like it had been wiped with a sweaty sock so it put us off drinking at the bar as we were worried what the glasses would smell like"

"Dining facilities were atrocious. Very limited food choice with flies, insects flying about all over the food and dining area. Adults only pool was big with plenty of beds, but the staff allowed children to play in the pool and only moved them on when complaints were raised. Room was spacious and the cleaning staff were in every day. "Where to even start. They're running on a strict budget therefore dont expect much from this hotel. You need to pay to use the safe in your room, you need to pay to have wifi in your room and the food in the restaurant looks like dog food. The rooms barely get a decent clean due to the fact that theres only 1 or 2 people cleaning the whole hotel. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else!!!"

"There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."
