The guy at reception was not friendly, he was making sure i am staying for only 1 night because the next night the rates will change. Bad lighs in hallways at night, i almost fell. Water from the pool is through tile entrance, almost slipped. All in all i would never stay there."

"Arrived before check in time but reception very helpful and allowed us to use facilities before actual check in time. Very busy and quite noisy around pool area. Staff very helpful and friendly. Personally music around pool too noisy but younger visitors enjoyed Food at bar and breakfast good choice and good quality. Problem with drink choices which had run down and awaiting delivery. Overall enjoyed our short stay"

"The property was in a good location as I was only staying there one night then moving to another property that was very close by for the next week (flight issue). I did book just a couple of days before. When I arrived no one was expecting me. A man working on the road called for someone to meet me at the front. "Big change , this was a really nice hotel , nice clientele, older and quiet , great service. This year , loud brash , very pushy to buy drinks , eat there , young staff now doing to loud dance , tacky entertainment.., It’s self catering apartments, truly appalling kitchen equipment, asked bar for ice , they said they can’t give ice , no ice machine. They supply one toilet roll .. it’s a 4 star !!! It’s absolutely not , they are so cheap and penny pinching Hotel cleaning staff are amazing "
