"Comfortable rooms - huge reception hall. Lights switches labelled for each area of the room along with a master switch. MAKE UP - room indicator for the room to be serviced was a really good idea. The request for 500 Euro on check in as a deposit was a surprise and unusual from other countries. Huge selection at breakfast along with a dedicated egg station manned by the Chef. Good quiet air con. On our last night there was one ceiling light that would not switch off despite our various attempts. "

We were blown away by the hospitality and generosity of the staff, especially the manager Gozde. She went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé & I have a pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast buffet, it exceeded our expectations. The pool, gym and VIP lounge with breathtaking views were magnificent as well. Our room view was also phenomenal.
