"Initially, I hesitated because of the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try. The room (702) and the hotel, in general, were very clean. The staff were friendly. Everything in the room worked properly, including the safe box, fridge, television, and more. Transportation is very convenient as the hotel is located on the E-5 main road, and the metrobus station is almost directly in front of the hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel is also safe. "The staff were very nice and polite, always helpful !! But the hotel was dark, a lot of the light bulbs in the gym were broken which made using the gym equipment very difficult and unsafe. Because of the hotels location on a very busy road there is a constant noise of cars and sirens, the hotel needs to invest in sound proofing. The food was very bland, mostly deep fried. Would recommend eating out. "

"Room was larger than average, it actually was more like a suite with two rooms. It had a mini bar which is rare in 3 start hotels. Also location was very good away from touristic locations. Only downside is the TV had almost all channels in Turkish only"
