"The hotel is fairly new and therefore really modern and clean. There is a spa on site which is ideal after a days walking. The free shuttle bus into the heart of Salcombe is a great idea as the walk does involve a few steep hills although this is how we travelled into Salcombe most days. The hotel is right on the beach and is in a very quiet location. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "I can't say enough good things about this property, the staff that work there and the lodge that we stayed in by the side of the lake. The Lodge is quite simply exceptional. The build and fit out and furniture, the comfort of the bed, the bifold doors at the front and front view is incomparable.
