In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. The Tv need better instruction on how to use it, was quite complicated. Bathroom on the lobby are so small that is almost impossible to use them. "
