While this is a pretty hotel, the air conditioning didn’t work for 4 days. I had to pay for a drink that was supposedly free. They also look at you like your a criminal every time you walk in. Locals told me an underage person was rape not long ago. You can’t take visits from friends or anything .You can hear everyone walking and talking thru the hallway from your room. Fancy it’s not always,m good. I will never choose this hotel again

Location was excellent but the rooms ( I stayed in two different ones) were horrible. Like dorm rooms with a glass partition between the toilet and shower and the tiny hall were the sink was located and essentially open to the rest of the room. Totally unacceptable for a property that claims to be five star.

My only regret is that I only spent one night here. Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Very good wifi, nice big tub. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was on the small side but good. Easy walk down to the water and lots of shopping- area felt very safe. Don’t take the shuttle to the airport. More expensive than Uber. Shuttle driver was quoting different price than hotel workers.

Staff was always very polite but when the restaurant was crowded (small restaurant), service was bad. Bad: Breakfast was included on our stay (7 days), it was a nightmare! At 9am there was no butter, no bread, etc. When asked, they didn’t provide us, they just said: ooh we are out of it.
