"There are so many things I love about this property! So nice to stay at a family owned hotel with such high standards of service and pride in their venue. The staff are so happy to help with deciding on tours, recommending places to eat, directions to sights, and always greet you with a smile and remembering your name too. The grounds of the hotel are wonderful. The property is so clean and well kept and the view is lush and fabulous with all the different trees and shrubs and flowers. I really enjoyed the view towards the hill in the back too - so calm and serene. The different sitting areas are another wonderful feature. The rooms are great too with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and bedding and pillows. The cleaning staff did a great job every day. The restaurant was so good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, such a variety of food, from the delicious homemade baked goods to cereals, yoghurt, fruits, juices, homemade jams, meats and cheeses and great coffees. It was all wonderful - and included with our stay! I have to congratulate the kitchen staff on their supreme service both in the restaurant and at the bar. We were so happy to have the shuttle service with pick-up and drop-off at the ferry and the multiple daily scheduled trips to town. Your Wellness centre and Spa was a wonderful service that we used daily. I cannot say enough good things about your lovely hotel. I highly recommend it and hopefully will return soon. Diana "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa DiMeglio. My husband‘s family is from Ischia and it was fun to be meeting people that could possibly be our relatives. The hotel was a little oasis! Great hospitality, wonderful food, and very clean environment. We loved going on the rooftop at night and listening to Mario sing. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying on the island. An easy walk to get the bus or a cab to get around. We thank everyone for giving at Casa DiMeglio for giving us such a wonderful experience. We hope to visit again someday. Viaggio meraviglioso!"

"This was our seventh holiday to Ischia and the third consecutive year that we have stayed at Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera. The staff team, from housekeeping, to reception, to the restaurant, cannot be faulted and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean and serviced daily. We stay half board as the food is great. I particularly enjoy the fish dishes and the Ischian rabbit, and there are options that would suit most people. We saw people that stayed at the same time as us last year so the hotel is clearly doing something right. There is a wonderful shaded, seated area next to the outdoor pool that is perfect for simply relaxing or reading books and an outdoor bar to keep you hydrated. There are plenty of sun loungers around the outdoor pool and gardens. The indoor thermal pool is around 38 degrees and is great for tender joints. When you have done relaxing, Lacco Ameno is a 2min walk from the hotel. There is a bus stop outside the hotel entrance and over the road, as well as a taxi rank for when you want to explore further afield. Reception can arrange your airport transfer which takes the stress out of using a third party. Are we returning to Ischia next year? Yes. Will we stay at Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera? Most definitely! "

"Led by Alberto and his brother. this hotel, staff and amenities are perfect in every way. Just an amazing experience from beginning to end. Alberto provides pick up at the port, followed by a welcome drink at the hotel and an informative briefing of activities in Ischia. Perpetual care is the theme from bus tickets to detailed directions and suggestions. The clean and sparkling rooms, all in tiles were perfect. Amenities include 24/7 roof top jacuzzi , thermal baths and the perpetual care and concern of Alberto and staff. Highly recommend dinner at the hotel, we canceled reservations at restaurants just to experience a wonderful dinning experience for a very reasonable price. Sirena will be a beautiful and long lasting memory of what quality service is all about Thank you Sirena, Bill & Grace Carroll"
