There is no parking, despite what description says. It’s free-for-all parking nearby (if one can find a spot after fighting crowded streets and traffic). "We had a really good stay. Sinan and Yunus were magnificent and were always at hand to help. It is within walking distance to old town centre but there are many stairs which would be challenging for people with mobility problems. Our only problem was that plaster flakes were falling from the ceiling. Tahir bey is a taxi driver who works with the hotel and he is exceptionally trustworthy and reliable for taking you out on a tour of Mardin and surrounds at a great price. "

"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."
