"This was a pass through stay, and we left too early to get breakfast, but the staff was very friendly, the room clean and comfortable. The facility is fairly new, everything was up to date. A nice perk for longer stays is a washer/dryer on the first floor. We did not hear any road noise. No tub but we preferred the shower stall anyway. It’s worth noting that the water is very hard; the soap and shampoo didn’t lather well, even shaving lotion did not moisturize as it should. "

"Mostly the stay was fine. No huge complaints other than breakfast was a complete missed opportunity. I know I was not the only one that was dissatisfied with morning breakfast. I heard the waffle maker took forever and people were just stacking up waiting in a line to make theirs. Some others complaining of things that had ran out very quickly like syrup, coffee and a few other things. "The stay at the hotel was o.k..The only screwup was with Expedia. I had booked for 10/25-27, checking out on the 28th.Got a call from the desk as to my intentions with the room on the evening of the 27th because Expedia had booked me for only two days. Luckily my room was still available so I could book it Will know next time to call and confirm even tho Expedia stated that that was not necessary"

"everything was great except for two issues. the room smelled like a mens locker room. the sheets had something on them and a hole in it. every thing else was great. front desk always on duty hot coffee in the morning updated rooms hot running water 24/7 (didnt know that was a thing you would come to appreciate staying in lake charles) good ac and best of all it was quiet. stores and food within walking distance as well made it super convenient "
