"Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay! Heated pool, 2 dedicated pickle ball courts directly behind building, ample parking available, very short walk across the street to South Beach. Tremendous shelling at the rock jetty about 5 minutes going to left once on beach ! Prefer to have daily house keeping services such as new towels, make bed, provide toiletries (shampoo,conditioner) Bathroom shower could use safety bar to hold onto. Weak water flow in kitchen. "

"Very large rooms, friendly staff, very comfortable pool area. The rooms should have mircowaves, and the gym should have be better equipped. Overall, very good experience. "

"Not what it once was. Well kept clean rooms right on the beautiful white sand beaches of Marco Island. Umbrella and chairs at the beach provided depending on the unit (also valet service depending on the unit). This is no longer a hotel as the units have been sold as condos to individual owners. The name has been changed to Marco Beach Ocean Suites to reflect the change in services. No more room or beach/poolside service, towels, or water at the beach (as was in the past). "We had an amazing trip. House is in a beautiful neighborhood and perfect location. House had 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on the canal. House is a bit dated but very clean and in good shape. The owner was very polite and easy ro communicate with. He made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again wirh him in the future. "

It has so many amenities that chain hotels neglect to include- real coffee mugs, a comfy seating area, fridge and freezer, space to eat, multiple pillow types, ample closet space, reliable internet…plus there is a charming outdoor mall with cute shops just steps away. We can’t wait to stay here again. Staff was very friendly too! "
