"Wow! We had a fantastic time at the Santa Cruz Plaza hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Nice place
"We loved it but, they need better arrangements for coming and going. There was only 1 key for opening the gate and since we were there with family with everyone doing what they wanted it made things difficult. I suggest a pin pad with a code for each renter."
