"Super friendly and helpful when checking in / out. Clean, cheerful and conveniently placed additional items by the elevators if you need them. Including breakfast was convenient, other than a couple of items don’t expect western style breakfast - as long as you’re good with that you’ll be happy 😆"

"Simple minimalist design. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff very polite although communication was a challenge because of the language barrier. Few issues though: Limited room service menu and only available until 10.30. As we arrived late we had to sleep hungry after a very long journey. All restaurants were fantastic but huge elaborate set menus only. Need a restaurant with casual quick dinning. Pillows were so hard to sleep on, very hard. "Friendly service. The host ladies were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us. It’s a local traditional inn so don’t expect hotel style amenities and rooms. Only complaint was the noise from neighboring room(s): you wouldn’t hear their conversations but their foot steps and door closing. Hope future visitors would learn to be quieter in such an older, traditional Japanese inn. But anyway the host ladies’ warm hospitality compensated for the annoyance. "

"Pros: the price is quite good, the area is pretty convenient, and the staff is very friendly. Also, I really liked the onsen. Cons: I wanted to change my dates because a Typhoon was coming the same dates of my traveling and they refused, so I would not recommend this place for this reason. Also the onsen floor was very dirty which is a shame as the onsen itself is pretty nice and looks like recently renewed. Holiday Villa by the sea

"Good holiday villa for family with 4 beds, 3 tatami, 2 bedrooms, 2 standalone Japanese toilets, 2 separate shower/bath areas, 2 wash basins, 1 functioning kitchen fully equipped and washing machine with separate dryer. The villa is a bit worn out but clean and functioning. Internet was strong and functioned well. The kitchen area and washing machine smelled slightly moldy. Breakfast was international buffet at their one and only restaurant. There was a swimming pool. You could also access the Sheraton Onsen at a cost. The beach requires a 10 min walk and you can rent an umbrella and plastic chairs on the beach. The villa is situated in the Seagaia Resort and has a tennis academy, golf club and Sheraton hotel . "
