"I only stayed for one night for work, but was impressed with the service and friendliness of the staff. I was shown to my room and given a brief tour of the hotel amenities which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite small but decorated very nicely and had everything you’d need. The bed was extremely comfortable and was like sleeping on a cloud! The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime St railway station and lots of shops. Would happily stay again."

"Stayed here having booked it the night before. Price was really affordable and the location is fantastic. The hotel was clearly an old building but had its charms including a fantastic ballroom. The room was small but nice and the bed was comfy. Short walk to just about anywhere in Liverpool. Would recommend to anyone and will go again myself."
