"We’ve stayed at Cold Spring Hotel for Labor Day weekend for the past 3 years. Every time we stay there we feel at home, the owner and his son are SUPERB. The property is very clean. Perfect location, near restaurants, cafes, antique shop and more. Keep in mind if you want to stay at this place you need to book it months in advance during holidays. "

"Brunch was really expensive but food was great No one told us the price and we were all shocked at the bill. There were 5 couples so maybe the wait staff should go over the price since som of us do not eat much as seniors"

"This is a conveniently located, clean, comfortable, safe, low-cost, no-frills motel, the kind where you bring your own toiletries and hair-dryer and might have to ask for extra towels. (Think Schitt’s Creek, not fancy nor pretending to be). Beds are great and showers are hot. Everyone at the desk is completely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here multiple times and can totally recommend this property."

"Fine. Cheap. Lobby smells like cigarettes and the door lock is finicky. Room overlooked a restaurant but they close early so it wasn’t a big deal."

"The property owners were friendly and attenative. We had a leak in our bathroom and they moved us to a new room immediately when it wasnt a simple fix. They were quick to respond to the issue too. The first room with the leak the beds were rock hard but the room we gor moved to was much nicer with softer beds. It certainly isnt a luxury stay but a descent place to rest your head for the night. "
