"Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida...

"With regards with the staff especially the front desk they are all friendly and respectful. But the DOORMAN, he has no concern about the safety, security and comfortable of the guests in the building except for those who can park in their limited parking space. He has no brain to think if in case there will be fire, someone who gets sick, where the ambulance needs to get in the building or earthquake or any other emergencies. "The staff here is super nice. This hotel is located in the Chinatown neighborhood of Manilla and is an area with some folks who are struggling financially. So if you stay here you will be contributing to a neighborhood that needs the support of good people. It is not dangerous at all. I actually want to see this side of a city and see what folks are really dealing with. I saw aspects of Manila here that I would not have seen had I stayed elsewhere. From this hotel you can walk to the fine museums Manila has - the art museum is really spectacular. You can also walk to the huge park and see the old Spanish fortifications. The room I had was large, and it had a nice bed and air conditioning. I actually caught a little cold or something and spent a couple days in bed and I enjoyed it - lying in the dark, recouperating with the AC on etc. :P If you are on a budget, this room will be fine for you. Good staff, clean, safe room, air conditioning, TV...walking distance to cool stuff. "
