The staff at this hotel are out of this world. The most hospitable crew on the planet. Rooms and common areas are very clean. However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew.

Luxurious Manila hotel

The Winford is a really nice hotel, with great amenities friendly staff and nice rooms. The pool area is great, with a handy bar that serves food. My only complaint is that I was always waiting for one of the 2 elevators!

I like the services of the staff. Hotel has short breakfast hour, I wish hotel could extend it a little bit more. Dining is very limited inside the hotel, limited hours. I do not like the smell of cigarettes smoke at hotel lobby. Hotel environment is kind of skeptical especially at night.
