Negatives- aesthically the let down is the paint work on the walls with lots of marks on, the bathroom was nice and modern but did have some mould in parts so some bleach could do wonders Positives- clean comfy enough bed (maybe thicker pillows needed) But on the whole we was happy and would stay again as reasonabley priced"

"This is a fabulous hotel, in location to the airport. The staff in the restaurant especially were great . I think the only disappointing aspect of the stay was not being able to have room service in the room and the cleanliness of the bedroom. Due to the black paint and the black floors, it shows up a lot more.There was quite a lot of dirt on the rug. The shower and bathroom was brilliant. Housekeeping just need to work a little bit harder on the cleaning of bedrooms but apart from that, it was...

"A beautiful hotel, it was so stylish and attention to detail with the decor was so impressive. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious and there was so much to choose from. I would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent location in terms of proximity to overnight parking if driving and to venues like the 02 Apollo. There is very little to do around the hotel at all. But this was fine for us as we were attending a concert. Breakfast was good standard. Rooms were nice and cosy with tea coffee and a comfy bed. It was relatively quiet which was a bonus without doors slamming all night etc. The rooms were not overly clean in various areas and lok to need a deep clean. Again for what we paid this didn't...

"Great hotel and very new, no signs of wear and tear yet. The only thing I would fault is the cleaning staff are so loud. Shouting at each other down the length of the corridor from 8am. "
