The location next to the mall is great, easy to find foods. the check in process could be more efficient. room is rather small. the maintenance of the property/facility is poor. breakfast with a lot of food variety but the quality and the presentation could be improved. i sat for breakfast this morning, most napkins were not straight, made people suspect if they were clean? no cups on my table. room service quite pricy, yet was not matched by the quality. Staff are hospitable both at ground floor, and lobby area/dining area. I commend the staff especially on ground floors.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in my life with Four Points by Sheraton. I was so shocked when enter the room . The room is so smelly moldy and dirty . Broken lights and dusty lamp and windows and the bathroom and toilet and sink are filthy with a lot of yellow stains and black molds . A hazard!

Ondanks dat er veel gedateerd is (oa vloeren/stucwerk/tapijt/kieren) zijn de kamers groot en luxe ingedeeld. In alle liften en gangen hangen luchtverfrissers met een overdreven sterke onaangename parfumlucht, maar dat is gebruikelijk voor hotels in indonesie. Het personeel was erg accommoderend en het ontbijt was super, met veel meer groente, fruit en andere opties dan gemiddeld in Manado. Het is de beste locatie voor een hotel aangezien het vastzit aan de meest bezochte plek in Manado: de mantos mall Ik zal hier zeker weer verblijven mocht ik weer in Manado komen
