This is my 2nd time staying here. The bathrooms are dirty. The first time I stayed here, there were loose hairs in the bathroom; not 1 or 2 but multiple. I let it go because it didn't bother me much. On my 2nd stay, the loose hairs in the bathroom was worse; there was a whole lot more. It bothered me so much that I took one of the towels and used it to 'mop' the hairs. And speaking of the towels, on my 2nd stay, the towels also had loose hair on top of stains. The location is convenient as you're able to walk to all the restaurants and bars. Parking is a bit on the tight side. I don't think I'm coming back.

Not sure why this place has the good reviews it does, maybe I just got the worst room on the property. Motel itself is old and falling apart. The automatic front door to the office didn't even work even, and you had to manually push it open. Dog feces in the parking lot. As for the room, it was absolutely filthy and tore up. Floor was disgusting with hair and food bits. Walls had stains and what looked like bits of food stuck to it. Bathroom was obviously not cleaned from the last user, and was very beat up. Some of the towels had curly hairs buried in them. Just an overall gross experience. Oh, and get cable, for an area that gets a lot of storms its kinda silly to rely on a satellite service for your TV.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was sufficient with what we needed and will be back again in the future. Adrian was awesome and super helpful with clearing out the snow for a parking spot for us upon arrival and helped us out with checking in and checking out of the room.

Poor amount of parking, no snow maintenance, noisy through walls. dirty floor, the bathtub had peeling paint, mold on shower walls, floor near toilet cracked and soft. Heater was very loud, refrigerator barely worked, walls needed paint. The room was a good size wirh comfortable beds.and sheets were clean..

The property is ok, its quite old and when we arrived they had boxes and maintenance stuff piled up in the reception area. The bedroom was clean " but the shower/bathtub area is in such disrepair" " The bathtub is completely worn down and looks horrible, it seriously needs to be replaced or refinished". The shower walls are embarrassing, with giant paint chips missing. The bath and shower need to be completely resurfaced or replaced. This was unit 233, and I would not rent it out with such a worn down shower/bathtub. We wondered if this is a theme throughout the other rooms. It might be an expense issue for the owners.

This place is usually one of our go-tos when visiting.The rooms and simple but when we spend most the time outside the room adventuring ( both in winter and summer) that’s all we want! It’s very walkable to the village or old mammoth. Solid place!
