"So mixed review Firstly the location is great and a lovely building . The first room we had room 15 was very tired so we asked to move and our request was dealt with promptly and professionally and we were move to room 2 This room was much nicer bright and airy although the bathroom floor needs attention and this room would be a 10 rather than a 7 We ate all 3 nights and found the food to excellent as well as breakfast which has a great choice and used the bar which was nice and full of...

But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."
