"I can recommend First Hotel without hesitation for an overnight stay at Malpensa - the staff are excellent and the shuttle service from the airport was very efficient, came within minutes of my call even though it was 2:30 AM. Genuinely friendly greeting at the front desk, room was clean and comfortable, good bathroom (amazing water pressure in the shower!) and the breakfast options were very generous - cereals, fruits, cold cuts & cheese, scrambled eggs and ham, pastries, fruit tart, range of juices & hot drinks. Would stay here again. "

"We went down on our last day to have breakfast. We arrived about 9 AM but there wasn’t any food. The attendant was still going to charge us, but we told her we would go somewhere else and walked away. The front staff and the hotel lobby was very apologetic."
