"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. "Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...
