Good location with easy access to city centre

The room was comfortable with all requirements (just kettle was missed 😊). Friendly staff. Room was clean and pretty quiet. The check out at 12 was very convenient. Parking was available so I could seek my car from the window. Hotel was located right beside the train station and close to harbor so make it easy for travelers to get to it in short time.

Bei unseren 4 Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gemacht. Bei der ersten Reklamation wurde mir von dem Herrn an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass dies nach der ersten Nacht aus Umweltschutzgründen so gehandelt wird. (Was Betten machen und Mülleimer leeren mit Umwelt zu tun hat ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar). Ich soll doch die Karte fürs Zimmer reinigen vor die Türe hängen. Dies habe ich am nächsten Tag gemacht. Allerdings war das Zimmer wieder nicht gemacht. Am 3 Tag habe ich nichts an die Türe gehängt und das Zimmer wurde wieder nicht gemacht. Erst als ich an der Rezeption noch einmal reklamierte kümmerte sich die Rezeptionistin persönlich darum, dass das Zimmer noch gemacht wurde. Fazit: Der Aufenthalt wäre soweit ok gewesen wenn das Zimmer, wie in jedem Hotel üblich, gemacht worden wäre. So mussten wir uns um Toilettenpapier, Betten machen und Abfall beseitigen selbst kümmern. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Ziemlich abgetanzte Einrichtung. Kissen waren vergilbt und viel zu klein. Alles war sehr niedrig angebracht. Das Frühstückspersonal war ziemlich überfordert und kam nicht mit dem Nachfüllen des Buffet und des Bestecks nach. Wenn man einen Mitarbeiter um Besteck gebeten hat, wurde einem mitgeteilt, man solle sich das von anderen Tischen zusammen suchen. Für diese Preisklasse absolut nicht tragbar. Selbst Billigketten bieten hier moderenes Ambiente und mehr Service. Sehr schade. Für den halben Preis wäre es akzeptabel gewesen
