"Just across from the Cozumel airport. Dan created us when we arrived. Showed the property and helped us with our car rental next door. Daniel made us breakfast every morning. It was great. "This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. "What a great discovery!! Hannah treated everyone with such attentive care… a great start to the day with breaky and coffee in a setting where you could easily meet a few of the other guests… rooms were exceptionally cozy and pool was PERFECT, fully equipped with a little waterfall for ambiance!! "My stay at Luna Azul was wonderful! The staff are so helpful and I never had any issues. The pool was lovely and very refreshing. It’s a small quaint little hotel with all diversity of people visiting. The only thing that I could say would need improving if it’s even possible is the Wi-Fi is a little unstable but as long as I went to the lobby, I had full Wi-Fi just not always in my room.
