"Good hotel that has easy access to the mall with a walkway that leads right to the haram. The hotel rooms are nice but the bathrooms are small and not the cleanest, but I would still recommend the hotel. It’s our 4th visiting for Umrah over 2 years and we have always stayed at this hotel for to the convenience of walking distance to the haram and the mall. If you select half board, the breakfast and lunch options that they offer in the buffet are plentiful. "

"It was great experience to stay at this hotel for five nights with the family everything was good from cleanliness to room services and from breakfast to dinner buffet was up to the standard. No doubt they have very frequent and on time shuttle service every 30 minutes but little advise for the families with young children and elderly people that distance from the bus stop near to harm entrance is challenging."

"The experience was the best we have had for the 2nd time in Makkah. Everything was good standard. The reception staff greeted us well. The bags were taken care of as soon as we entered. Hotel check in time was 4pm but we arrived at 8am in the morning. Made a request for early check-in but nothing was available, however, the receptionist kindly advised that when we come back from umrah around noon time he will have tried to find something for us. And he did when we were back from Umrah. The room was very clean and everything was available in the right place. Tea, coffee, water, toileteries, towels, toilet paper roll. The iron was also available in the room with the ironing board. All electrics were working and wifi signals were strong too. Every hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and looked after us. They even arranged the cab to the makkah rail station for us at a competitive rate. The prayer room was very neat and clean and easily accessible. If you are bringing your parents, it's one of the best hotels for them as no complicated makkah tower problems. Straightforward 7-8 mins walk to the masjid al haram gate. Overall, the best customer service and worth the price. You can focus on the Umrah and other ibaadah and not worry about anything."
