"Herald Suite Solana has alot to offer. For the needs of our constant visit to Makati, its location was convenient. The entire staff is helpful, courteous and just service minded. All requests were attended to in a timely manner. The rooms are clean and tidy, but there's always room for improvement. Create a monthly audit on maintenence issues. Light bulbs needs to be changed to brighter ones. All shower heads needs to be cleaned and disinfected. All bathroom walls need to be inspected for molds....

"The hotel is near the malls, just a few minutes walk. Like the room - modern, clean, comfortable bed and good AC. The only downside was the small bathroom and deep step out of the bathtub. No handrail to hold on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good on our first day, but not on the second day."

"Value for money Very little noise heard from the street even though it was on a busy corner surrounded by the "nightlife". Hotel is surrounded by men selling viagra, watches or fake phones and women/men selling their services. They are easy to dismiss but does get annoyong after a while. Makati was easy to navigate around providing youre prepared to walk a lot or catch one of the local jeep style tuk tuks. Plenty of places to eat with a variety of style of foods ranging from local Philipino food...

"The property is nice and modern looking. Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. ...
