"Ok this hotel is rated 5 star for a reason. I highly recommend it for its quality, the walkable shopping and dining areas, the staff who are amazing, the interior and cleanliness. I have upgraded to the club lounge access and I absolutely love its perks. The spa and gym and pool are amazing. I am currently here right now and am booked a total of 9 glorious days. So many things to do and the restaurants here are great. If you’re craving a midnight snack or meal they have a great room service option for that too. Whether you are here for business, family or solo self care time I guarantee you will enjoy your stay."

"Best buffet breakfast, the selections are very good, and delicious! My favorite are the siopao. Fruits in season are really good. Waiters are all attentive. Likewise Diane, Rowel and Aldrin are all superbly nice. Can’t wait to go back next visit ."

"Always enjoyed a stay at the Shangri-La in Makati. Good for staycations with inclusive amenities but on-property shopping is currently under development. However, Greenbelt and Glorietta shopping complexes are close by, but are some distance away and require full exit from the property to access additional shopping and dining options. "

"Staff were very attentive, efficient, and courteous. Management should accept any senior ID that will entitle them to a senior discount. By law, regardless of nationality, upon presentation of ID is enough to such a privilege. Management should aware of this. I was denied the discount, because I do not have the regular Senior ID card, but I have my passport & license to indicate that I am a senior citizen."
