"This is a superlative hotel. Excellent staff in all departments, very good restaurants, room was huge. Only negatives: lousy fridge temp, no seats on the balcony, included minibar was spartan. Excellent neighborhood. I will stay again. "

"We spent 4 nights here for New Years before we flew to Argentina for our Antarctica expedition. It was a good choice as it was convenient to our walking tours and restaurants. The hotel was clean although the AC inside our room was a bit warm even though we ask for the temperature to be lowered. The front desk and staff were very kind and helpful. We did however, have an issue with the hotel charging $125 a person for their New Year’s party which was on the rooftop but had the basic food...

"Great service. Service were very polite, kind and friendly. Breakfast was really good. Having access to coffee and water all day is ideal. Rooftop was pretty and well designed. Gym was a bit disappointing but had all the essentials. "
