"Having shuttle is already a pretty big thumbs up for me. Staff are prompt and knowledgeable, and being a gold member, I was able to get an upgrade and claim vouchers for welcom drinks. Mainz, a superb staff at front assisted me to make all that work flawlessly. Kudos to him! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was great 2 nights stay!"

"Giovanni was very helpful as we were not sure how to operate the washing machine. Eliza was fantastic in helping us to order fresh fried eggs and omelette during breakfast throughout our stay. Both did their best with exceptional service. Quiet area but good for getting grocery and mall is nearby for shopping."

"The hotel was wonderful. Because I booked through hotels.com/expedia, I was unexpectedly treated by the hotel. My room was upgraded, I was given a credit for 25 euros toward food, and I was offered late check out. It was a kind and appreciated gesture. I did get a hot stone massage at the spa, which was lovely. I spent some time in the sauna, although I was suprised it was co-ed. I also enjoyed an Afternoon Tea Service, which was delicisious. Lastly, a friend and I sat at the bar on Saturday night and were left alone by the staff to have a long conversation. It was nice to just sit and not feel rushed. "
