Very dated. Listed amenities not available. Furniture old and scratched. Numerous stains on carpet. Stayed in 1 BR with kitchen. Room was dusty upon checking in. Said bathrobes provided had to ask multiple times for them until 3 days before leaving we received them. Closet door never worked and no one came to address the issue. Definitely needs an overhaul and not worth the money. Plus was walking distance to xmas markets and restaurants and other sites.

Very nice hotel and staff. Comfortable bed. Within easy, safe walking distance of the riverwalk, old town and new. Don't walk from the train station to here since there are some shady areas between train station and here, but they are far enough away from the hotel itself that I never felt unsafe.
