I know it is a cheap hotel, but I found the lack of hospitality very disappointing nonetheless. When arriving I was directed to a self-service machine - "next customer, please use the machine on the left" - and that was it. No welcome, no general info, nothing. Everything else was what you'd expect from a cheap business hotel. It works fine for the one night, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have no other options (and there are several hotels in the area).

Staff were very helpful and found us a secure place to store our bicycles overnight. Excellent Izakaya restaurant nearby. Very convenient for the train station.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are very polite and helpful. It is right by the train , taxi, and bus stations. There are multiple restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was the bed and pillow were too hard.

Great hotel with a great location
Top-notch hotel with a great location. The staff tried their best to provide the Japanese hospitality. There is no need to stay in Takasaki as Maebashi gives a lower price with the same convenience. The breakfast had ample to eat.

朝食の食堂が狭いロビーのようなところで混雑していてゆっくり食べられられないし、衛生上も良くない。無理して朝食を出さずに小さいコンビニでも入れたほうがいいのでは。宿泊は問題なし。

朝食バイキングですが、ぐんまマラソン当日だったので、利用者が多く、座席がとても少なかったので、大行列。諦めて慌てて近くのコンビニでパンとおにぎりを購入しホテルに戻ると、朝食バイキングの朝食を専用の容器で部屋に持ち帰れるようになっていたことを知りました。残念・・・
